I would like to ask whether I have dump the disk properly for second time? And also, how to bypass the detection of emulators when I use VM Windows XP. Therefore what version of SecuRom is used is a mystery. I tried A-Ray Scanner to detect which version of SecuRom was used but with results saying that there is no disk protection. I assumed the disk is protected by SecuRom according to the error dialog shown after running the image. This time, the error message said it had detected the existence of emulation software, which is a bit of improvement, at lease I think I have dump the disk properly this time. I use a VM windows XP to run the image with Alcohol 120 and daemon tools lite 4.X and 5. The second time than, I used the setting with Securom to dump the image. ![]() ![]() ![]() When running the image, the error message urge me to put the original disk to run the program. I first use custom setting in making the image. I have a Longman Dictionary (lodce4) 2004 software DVD that would like to make a backup using Alcohol 120 PE version from the forum.
